Rum uthyres i Buenos Aires

För dig som ska vistas i Buenos Aires ett tag och vill bo tillsammans med lokala studenter:

Jag (och min katt) vill gärna dela min lägenhet på 95 m2 med någon, till exempel dig.
Lägenheten har tvättmaskin, två sovrum (ett blir såklart ditt), trådlöst bredband, toalett, badrum, matsal, vardagsrum, kök, balkong och uteplats. Jag bor i Caballito och har gångavstånd till bl.a. tvättservice, restauranger, mataffär, gym med pool, park med bokmarknad, bio, bageri, internetkafé, barer och köpcenter. Vi har 3 min. till tunnelbanan (Río de Janeiro på A-Linjen) som tar 10 min till Plaza de Mayo (centrum).

Hyra: 1 pers pesos 1000/ mån.
I hyran ingår lokala telefonsamtal, trådlöst bredband plus kabel-TV på rummet.

Room to let in Buenos Aires

If you are planning to stay in Buenos Aires for a while and wish to live with local young people in an authentic and safe Buenos Aires neighbourhood, maybe this will interest you:

I would like to share my 95 m² flat with someone, for instance you.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms (one for you), toilet, bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, balcony, wireless broad band internet access, washing machine and a little patio.

Your room has its own facilities, cable TV, double bed, wardrobe, writing table and window overlooking the patio.

I live in Caballito (geographic centre of Buenos Aires city), where you will find -within walking distance- restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, gym with pool, park with book market, pubs, shopping centre, cinema and even the Historical Tramway of Buenos Aires!

From the front door it’s a 4-minute walk to the subway (Rio de Janeiro station- "A" line), and then a 10 minute journey to Plaza de Mayo (the historical centre of the city).

Rent:

Single occupancy: pesos 1000/ month.
Free local calls, cable TV in your room, wireless internet access and the use of the washing machine are included.
